The `required_providers` block: `source` addresses (hostname/namespace/type) and `version` constraints

Every provider a module uses should be declared in a required_providers block nested inside the terraform block. Each entry maps a local name, which is how you refer to the provider inside this module, to two key settings: the source address that says where to find the provider, and a version constraint that says which releases are acceptable.
