High-density environments include lecture halls, stadiums, conference centers, airports and open-plan offices, where hundreds or thousands of devices share a limited space. In these places the limiting factor is airtime, not signal. The design goal is to create many small, separate cells so that the load is spread across as many independent channels as possible.
