Many CCNA questions show a few lines of switch output and ask what is wrong. The skill is knowing which command reveals which problem and what the tell-tale values look like. Work systematically from the physical link up: interface status, VLAN (virtual LAN) membership, trunk state, EtherChannel bundling and finally spanning tree. Each layer depends on the one below it, so a fix high up rarely helps when a lower check fails.
