Azure Migrate is a hub in the Azure portal for planning and executing moves to Azure. You create an Azure Migrate project, which stores the discovered inventory, assessments and migration state. Inside it are two main tools: Discovery and assessment, which tells you what you have and what it would take to run in Azure, and Migration and modernization (formerly Server Migration), which moves the servers.
