Windows includes a toolbox of graphical utilities, and the exam gives you a symptom or a task and asks which tool to open. Learning each tool's purpose and its run command pays off twice: you answer questions quickly, and in real support work you can launch most of them from the Run box (Windows key + R) or a command prompt without hunting through menus. Think of each tool as the answer to a specific question a technician asks.
