Mobile devices rely on several different radios, each built for a different job. Choosing the right one, and knowing how to set it up and troubleshoot it, is a large part of mobile device support. For A+ you should be able to match a scenario to Bluetooth, NFC (near-field communication), a hotspot or tethering, or Wi-Fi, and know the basic setup steps for each well enough to walk a user through them.
