A cloud deployment model describes who owns the cloud infrastructure, who can use it and where it runs. It is a separate question from the service model (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS), which describes what the provider manages for you. The A+ exam covers four deployment models, and questions usually describe an organization's needs and ask which model fits. When you read a scenario, ask three questions: who owns the hardware, who is allowed to use it, and whether more than one environment is being combined. The answers point directly to the model.
