A typical single-module project keeps its sources in a folder named after the module: src/com.greet/module-info.java and src/com.greet/com/greet/Main.java. You compile with javac, pointing -d at an output directory and --module-path (short -p) at any modules you depend on. You list every source file, including module-info.java.
