A Job creates one or more Pods and tracks how many finish successfully. When the required number of successes is reached, the Job is complete and no new Pods are started. Completed Pods are kept (in Completed status) so you can read their logs, until the Job is deleted or cleaned up by ttlSecondsAfterFinished if you set it.
