Wireless networks broadcast into the air, so anyone within range can listen or try to connect. That makes authentication and encryption essential and makes walls a weak boundary. The CISSP outline covers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee and cellular networks. Each has different range, uses and risks, but the defensive questions are the same: who can connect, is the traffic protected, and how would you notice an impostor. Because radio ignores property lines, assume an attacker can always receive your signal and design so that receiving it gains them nothing useful.
