A deployment model describes who can use a cloud and who owns or operates it. It is a separate question from the service model: you can have private IaaS or public SaaS. The CCSP exam expects you to match a business need, such as regulatory isolation, cost or burst capacity, to the right deployment model and to name its main risks.
