Catalyst Center Intent APIs: token authentication and common calls

Catalyst Center exposes a northbound REST API, called the Intent API, that lets scripts and other systems do what you can do in the GUI: list devices, read health, query clients, run commands and provision. It is called intent-based because you describe what you want, such as 'give me the health of all sites', and Catalyst Center works out how to get it from the devices. The API is documented inside the product in its platform section and on Cisco's developer site.
