OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) problems fall into two groups: routers that will not become neighbours, and neighbours that are up while routes are missing or not the ones you expected. A handful of show commands answers nearly every question, and the CCNA exam frequently shows their output and asks for the cause. The skill is reading the output methodically rather than changing configuration at random.
