AI (artificial intelligence) helps operations teams make sense of it. The CCNA distinguishes two broad families: predictive AI, built on machine learning that finds patterns in data and forecasts outcomes, and generative AI, which creates new content such as text or configuration. They solve different problems, and you should be able to tell which one a scenario describes.
