Moving data into, out of and between storage accounts is a routine administrator job: seeding a new account, keeping a copy near users in another region, or pushing nightly output from a server. Azure offers an automatic, policy-based option (object replication) and tools you run yourself: AzCopy on the command line and Azure Storage Explorer as a desktop application. Knowing which fits a scenario is what the exam tests.
