AWS Elastic Beanstalk runs web applications on EC2 instances without you configuring the infrastructure yourself. You upload an application version (a source bundle, for example a .zip), and Beanstalk provisions load balancers, Auto Scaling groups and instances for an environment. How it rolls a new version onto running instances is set by the deployment policy, and the exam expects you to weigh speed, downtime, cost and rollback for each.
