A deployment model describes where your applications and their infrastructure run. AWS describes three: cloud, hybrid and on-premises. The exam gives you a scenario and asks which model it is, or why an organization might choose it, so focus on the clues. This topic also covers how you create resources, either once by hand or repeatably through code, because the choice affects reliability, security and your ability to recover.
