The plan lineup has been evolving, so confirm current names, features and prices on the AWS Support plans page before the exam (paid plans are generally priced as a percentage of monthly AWS spend with a minimum), but the concepts below reflect the plans the exam guide was written against: Basic, Developer, Business, Enterprise On-Ramp and Enterprise.
