Moving to the cloud is as much an organizational change as a technical one. People need new skills, finance needs new ways to budget, and security teams need new controls. The AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (AWS CAF) collects AWS's guidance for planning and carrying out that change. It groups the capabilities an organization needs into six perspectives, each associated with the stakeholders who usually own them. The exam asks you to match a concern or a stakeholder to the right perspective and to recognize the business benefits of adoption.
