Container Apps scales horizontally: it adds or removes replicas (running copies of a revision) based on scale rules you define. Scaling is driven by KEDA (Kubernetes Event-driven Autoscaling), which can watch HTTP load, TCP connections, CPU or memory, and dozens of event sources such as queues and streams. Each revision has its own scale settings, because scale settings are part of the revision template.
