Azure App Configuration is a managed service for centralizing application settings and feature flags. Instead of every app and environment carrying its own copies of settings, apps load them at startup from one store and can refresh them at runtime without redeploying. It complements Key Vault: App Configuration holds ordinary settings, while secrets stay in Key Vault.
