IT support relies on written documentation so that work is consistent, rules are clear, and knowledge does not live only in one person's head. When a technician leaves or is on vacation, good documents let someone else carry on. The exam expects you to know what each common document is for and to pick the right one for a scenario, so focus on purpose: rules, records, procedures, promises or solutions.
