Artificial intelligence (AI) tools, especially generative AI built on LLMs (large language models), are now part of many everyday applications: office suites that draft documents and summarize meetings, email clients that suggest replies, help desk systems that propose answers, search engines, and operating system assistants. Technicians support these features and advise users on using them responsibly, so the exam covers the basics: how AI is integrated, what policies govern it, its known weaknesses, and how to protect data when using it.
