Mobile devices go everywhere their users go, which makes them easy to lose, easy to shoulder-surf and easy to steal. Physical privacy and security controls protect the device and the data on it at the point where a person physically interacts with it. The A+ exam expects you to know the common controls, what threat each addresses and how to recommend the right one for a scenario. The key habit is to match the control to the threat rather than picking whichever sounds most secure.
