Importing existing infrastructure with `import` blocks and generating configuration with `terraform plan -generate-config-out`

Many organizations adopt Terraform after they already have infrastructure built by hand or by other tools. Importing brings those existing objects under Terraform management by recording them in state and matching them to resource blocks, without recreating anything. Since Terraform 1.5, the recommended way is the declarative import block.
