Organizations often need users to accept legal terms before accessing resources: an acceptable use policy for employees, a non-disclosure agreement for guests, or a regulatory notice. Microsoft Entra terms of use presents those documents at sign-in, records who accepted which version and when, and enforces acceptance through Conditional Access. It requires Microsoft Entra ID P1.
