Project+ expects you to know which document holds which information, because many exam questions describe a need and ask where to look or what to update. Project documents fall into two broad groups. Plans describe how the project will be run and what the targets are. Logs and registers track what is actually happening and are updated continuously. Knowing the difference, and knowing which log owns which kind of entry, lets you answer quickly.
