The factory methods List.of, Set.of and Map.of create unmodifiable collections in one line. Any attempt to change them, such as add, remove, put, clear or set, compiles fine (the methods exist on the interfaces) but throws UnsupportedOperationException at runtime. That is the pattern the exam tests: the code compiles, then fails.
