Every ISC2 member, including anyone who earns the CC, agrees to follow the ISC2 Code of Ethics. It is short, but the exam tests it directly, usually with a scenario where you must decide which duty comes first. Violating the code can lead to losing your certification, and any member who knows of a violation can file a formal complaint.
