When applications report errors like 'could not resolve host' or 'no such host', the cause is usually one of a small set: CoreDNS is not running, its Service has no endpoints, its configuration is wrong, a NetworkPolicy blocks port 53, or the Pod's own DNS settings are unusual. Work through them in order.
