Testing produces raw data, not answers. Vulnerability scanners output thousands of findings, penetration testers produce evidence and notes, and monitoring tools produce alerts. Turning that into decisions requires analysis, prioritization and clear reporting, followed by a disciplined process to fix issues or formally accept them. The value of any test is realized only when its results change something.
