Once your workloads are running in Azure, two questions come up again and again: 'How could we run this better?' and 'Is Azure itself causing our problem?' Azure provides separate tools for each. Azure Advisor answers the first with recommendations for improving your own resources. Azure Service Health answers the second by telling you about Azure platform issues, from worldwide outages down to the health of a single VM. The exam expects you to know which tool gives which kind of information.
