Choosing an internet connection means balancing speed, latency, reliability, cost and what is available at the location. Latency is the delay for data to make a round trip, and it matters most for interactive use such as video calls and gaming. The A+ exam typically describes a customer's situation, such as a rural farm or a busy design studio, and asks which connection type fits best, so learn the character and typical weakness of each.
